Content creators APPS savers!

1.Lightroom:

This is a powerful photo editor and camera app that empowers your photography, helping you capture and edit stunning images. Easy-to-use image editing tools like sliders and filters for pictures make photo editing simple.

If you're creating content all the time with this app you will have a nice balanced feed on Instagram you will be able to edit all of your photos with the same tools, creating presets with your favorite colors!

Best part you can use it on your desktop or on your phone!

2. VSCO

As square ready, if you are seeking consistency in your Instagram feed this app would help you with your editing process, especially on iPhone shoots. What I like the most is that I can upload straight from the app into Instagram.

3. Canva:

This is a design tool that lets you create and edit graphics to use across your social media platforms you can create a video (with added music), business cards, animations and so much more! It also has a compilation of fonts, stock photos, fun graphics, and more that can be added to make your creations unique, and even if you have zero ideas about design, Canva will help you out, especially with their free and customizable templates. If you are an entrepreneur who is in the digital space this is a MUST.

4.Flick Hashtags:

This is a tool that would help you find, analyze and manage Instagram hashtags. What I love the most is that they can help you not only find the right hashtags for your content, but they can help you manage them as well this way, you can analyze hashtags that fall into your content’s category, and you get to decide which ones you use and which ones you don’t.

They know how important hashtags are to the success of your brand, and they make a point of helping you find ones that are highly targeted for this.

Another thing I really like is that they offer new clients a free trial for seven days!

5. Latergramme:

This app is perfect if you're always running out of time and you forget to post when you are supposed to. you choose your photo, write your text, and then tell the app what time you want to post that particular image + text. Then, whenever it's time for the post to go live, you get a notification on your phone from Latergramme- all you have to do is swipe to the side, and it'll upload to Instagram for you.

6. UNUM:

It’s a design app for Instagram users with customized options for creating a specific theme, planning the grid, and scheduling posts. As an Instagram content creator I’m always obsessing with having a perfect feed, the UNUM app is what helps me achieve the flawless feed layout.

It offers the Basic plan, which is free and Elite plan, which is 4.99$ a month. For me the features of the Basic plan work perfectly!

7. Facebook Creator Studio:

This a is Facebooks scheduling tool. This app is perfect if you feel overwhelmed and disorganized trying to build your business but, it does more than just organize your posts.

You can manage your previous posts or scheduled posts, create videos and post with music, manage your business page inbox and more! And since Instagram is owned by Facebook, you can also sync your Instagram account up so that you can schedule and manage your Instagram and Facebook accounts from one place!

The great news? It’s a free tool as well!

8. Toggle App:

This is one of the best apps for tracking your time, it helps you evaluate the time you're spending on different projects and how much to charge.

Also to know if your business is running efficiently, at the end of the month you're going to be able to gather some data that will show you how much time did you spend in different business, at the end this could help you to see if you need to delegate some tasks or spend time in some activities above others.

Great news: the basic plan is free!

9. Uber Conference:

It's a free chat/audio calling software very similar to Skype. But, unlike Skype, it doesn't need users to have a special login. You just need your Chrome Browser and the link to the conference and you're good to go. The call quality is top-notch and the screen sharing feature is very good too.

This app is perfect for easily doing training workshops!

10. Acuity Scheduling:

This is a smart calendar tool that allows people to book appointments with you based on your availability.

You can customize it to have your brand name as part of the booking URL, set up specific time slots when you're willing to take calls or meetings and it will send your clients to your scheduling page, this is a perfect way to keep track of your schedule, and organize your client's meetings too, the best part: it has a free basic plan!

11. Metabase:

This is a business intelligence tool. It lets you ask questions about your data, and displays answers in formats that make sense whether is a detailed table or a bar. Metabase also makes it easy to share questions and dashboards with the rest of your team, this is perfect for organizing your data in the required format.

The bad news is that it's not free! But is affordable and very helpful if you're starting a business! So is worth it!

12. Bear App:

This app it's perfect for writing, from quick notes to in-depth essays.

A focus mode helps you concentrate, and advanced markup options are an online writer's best friend. Full in-line image support brings your writing to life. It's affordable and really easy to use and the best is that you can use it on any device you like!

All of these apps have helped me on the following: Automation of workflow, smart scheduling of content, and productivity. As a work from home professional, you would find that all of these tools are fantastic!
